This page is a structural draft. Nothing here is binding or final. The definitive wording is being prepared by our content team and will be published once legal review is complete.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Workoid website (the "Site"), operated by Workoid Ltd. ("Workoid", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover your use of the Site only. They do not govern any service engagement between Workoid and a client. Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, as described in section 8.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm Workoid or others. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more.
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Workoid and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranties that it is complete, accurate, or up to date, and we are not liable for reliance on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workoid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The Site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.
We may change or withdraw the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Any provision of talent, teams, or services by Workoid is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement, and not by these Site Terms. Workoid engages vetted independent contractors and provides managed contractor teams to its clients. Workoid does not employ the talent it provides and does not act as an employer or employer-of-record for any client. A client engaging a Workoid team does not become the employer of the individuals delivering the work. Where a client processes personal data through a Workoid team, our Data Processing Addendum applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
The finalized text for this section will be supplied by our content team following legal review.
