Workoid was founded on a simple bet: the best talent is not in one city, and the best companies should not have to pretend it is.
So we built a business with no office and no borders, incorporated in Hong Kong as Workoid Ltd. and operating everywhere. We have run distributed by design since 2015.
That model lets us find exceptional people anywhere and put more of every budget where it belongs. We engage vetted independent contractors and run them as managed teams for our clients, so you get a dedicated team without becoming their employer.
